About
Jamie and Mary Pilkington, owners of Priority Earthworks, are Hampton Roads locals. They both grew up in Pungo and were high school sweethearts. They have three young boys. Both Mary and Jamie are avid outdoors people and very passionate about their community and giving back.

Born and raised in Pungo, Virginia Beach, Jamie learned about entrepreneurship at an early age from his late father. He's been operating heavy equipment for over 10 years and has a passion for 'playing in the dirt.' He believes in greeting strangers with a smile and his love for family, faith, and outdoors is unmeasurable.

Jamie and his team knocked out a few projects, one was grinding trees down to nothing with his excavator on my ditch line. Dug a little pond, and put in an impoundment. Everything is working great and looking beautiful. He was fast, reliable, efficient, hard-working, great at communicating.
